Melissa Salyer is the CEO and Founder of FranDiscovery. Melissa has spent almost 30 years in franchise development including stints at Jackson Hewitt, Dunkin’ Donuts and Liberty Tax. Her most recent position was with Loyalty Brands where she served as EVP, Business Development for the past 2 years. She has made a quantifiable contribution to several company’s impressive growth while consistently representing Franchisors to the highest standards. Melissa brings extensive experience in day to day franchise operations and franchise funding along with infrastructure development & support. Melissa has herself owned several franchise locations and has been a franchise consultant since 1991. Melissa has sold over 1000 individual franchise locations and hundreds of designated areas and continues to actively do so.
Randall Pevin
Randall has served in executive level positions with several successful startup and growth stage companies in North America, South America and Europe. In his most noteworthy corporate startup position, he served as Vice President Operations. He built the company from 10 to over 400 employees with six US offices and two international offices while developing the entire corporate infrastructure. His expertise has been applied to operations and expansion while concentrating on growth management, technology, strategy and corporate branding. His roles over 25+ years have been comprised of traditional management positions and proven entrepreneurial success. He is a team builder and motivational executive who applies his energy internally and externally in equal measures.
